About

About Me

I’ve been drawn to movement for as long as I can remember - running, wrestling, lifting, hiking, & exploring what the body can do. Over time, training shaped more than my body. It gave me structure, & a better way to handle life.
That experience is what led me to coaching: helping others use training to build strength, consistency, & confidence that carries over into everyday life.

My Philosophy

I believe training works best when it’s personal, consistent, & intentional.
There is no one-size-fits-all plan. Your training should fit your goals, your schedule, your experience, & your life. My approach is built on strong foundations, awareness, & exploration - so your plan can adapt as you do.
This is not about mindless grinding. It is about building momentum that lasts.

Why Body Of Thought

Body of thought is the idea that the body & mind are always in conversation.
The way you train affects how you think, how you carry yourself, & how you respond to challenge. Movement is not just physical work - it’s a way to build discipline, clarity, & self-trust.
Training should do more than change how you look. It should change how you show up for yourself.
